Depending on the verification method, Stripe may collect government-issued identification, photographs, selfies, biometric identifiers, information entered during verification, device information, and fraud-prevention information.
Stripe processes identity-verification information under its own privacy policy and may act as an independent controller of certain information. NavStreet may receive verification status, verification results, and limited information made available through Stripe’s services.
Do not send government identification or sensitive identity documents to NavStreet by ordinary email.

Some records may remain in backups, security logs, transaction histories, or legally required archives after an account or public listing is removed.
9. Data security
NavStreet uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards include authentication, authorization controls, database security rules, server-side validation, encrypted network transmission, restricted administrative access, and service-provider security controls.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your email account, devices, and NavStreet verification codes.

To update ordinary account or listing information, use the available account and listing-management tools.
Identity information retained independently by Stripe may need to be requested directly from Stripe.
11. Communication preferences
Account-verification, security, payment, inquiry, showing, offer, transaction, and legal messages are transactional communications necessary to provide the Service.
If NavStreet later sends optional marketing communications, those communications will include an appropriate method for managing marketing preferences where required.
